Intern

High on Digitals is looking for an Intern to support our team with content, planning, organization, and daily agency tasks. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a marketing agency works from the inside and is excited to be involved in different parts of the business.

As our intern, you will help with a mix of creative, practical, and organizational tasks. You may support with content preparation, social media planning, Canva designs, captions, organizing files, preparing documents, assisting during content creation days, and helping the team stay on track with daily work. Since agency work can be different every day, flexibility is important.

What will you do?

You will support the team wherever help is needed. This can include preparing content drafts, helping organize project materials, updating documents, supporting internal planning, assisting during shoots or events, and helping with small tasks that keep projects moving.

You will also get the chance to learn how we manage client work, prepare campaigns, organize content, and work together as a team. The goal is for you to gain hands-on experience, contribute to real projects, and better understand how a creative marketing agency operates.

We are looking for someone who is creative, curious, organized, and eager to learn. You enjoy marketing, content, and working on different types of projects, but you are also willing to help with practical tasks behind the scenes.

You do not need to know everything yet. What matters most is that you are proactive, flexible, open to feedback, and willing to take initiative.

Requirements

  • Currently studying marketing, communication, media, design, business, or a related field
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Drive, and basic digital and planning tools
  • Interested in content, social media, and marketing
  • Available for an internship period
  • Based in Curaçao (For the internship period)
