Office Coordinator & Project Support (Parttime)
High on Digitals is growing, and we are looking for an Office Hero to help organize our team, our projects, and our daily operations. Someone who brings structure to a creative work environment, follows up on what still needs to be done, and makes sure small details do not turn into big problems.
As our Office Hero, you will support the team with planning, administration, communication, document management, and daily office tasks. You will help us stay on top of deadlines, client information, internal follow-ups, and project preparation, so the team can focus on strategy, content, design, and execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, proactive, and calm when things get busy. You do not need to be a marketer or designer, but you do need to enjoy structure, clear communication, and making everyone’s workday easier.
What will you do?
You will support the daily operations of High on Digitals by helping the team stay organized and prepared. This includes administrative tasks, keeping documents and folders organized, following up on internal deadlines, updating planning tools, and preparing information for projects.
You will also help with communication and coordination. You keep track of messages, prepare follow-ups, monitor open tasks, support meeting preparation, organize notes, and make sure important information reaches the right person at the right time.
You are the person who notices what still needs to be handled, reminds the team of deadlines on time, and helps bring more structure and clarity to the way we work.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Organize project information, documents, folders, and files
- Help with planning, deadlines, checklists, and internal follow-ups
- Prepare notes, documents, and information for meetings or projects
- Support with inbox management, client information, and basic communication
- Keep track of open tasks and remind the team when action is needed
- Help keep our workflow organized in tools such as Google Drive, Asana, Canva, and similar systems
- Support with light office coordination and practical day-to-day tasks
- Bring more structure, clarity, and consistency to the way we work
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who naturally enjoys structure. You are someone who remembers what still needs to be done, keeps an overview, and does not wait until the last minute to follow up.
You communicate clearly, work accurately, and can switch between different tasks without losing track. You are proactive, practical, and solution-oriented. When something is unclear, you ask the right questions and think along about what is needed.

Requirements
- MBO/HBO thinking level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Experience with Google Workspace, email, calendars, and digital planning tools
- Experience in administration, office support, customer service, planning, or coordination is a plus
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
- Part-time availability
- Based in Curaçao
